Mishum is a Barcelona-based brand that creates modern felt products for Home and Pets, crafted exclusively from 100% natural felted wool and ethically produced in Nepal. The brand was born out of a desire to design unique, thoughtful products for those who value both functionality and interior design aesthetics. Sandra and Roser, the two passionate entrepreneurs behind Mishum, share a love for animals and a drive to create purposeful designs.

After a meticulous design process, we are proud to present the new Mishum Collection — a curated blend of pieces for both Home and Pets. It’s a collection inspired by the idea of creating a personal refuge, an oasis of comfort and style.

For the home, our versatile designs include elegant table decor that’s sure to make an impression, stylish baskets that are a must-have, and timeless rugs that seamlessly complement any space.

For pets, we’ve designed contemporary caves, cozy beds, and playful toys that not only feel good but also harmonize with your love for simple, functional design. These creations bring joy to both your pet and your home. We are incredibly proud of this project and hope you love it as much as we do.

At MISHUM, we believe that beauty lies in the details. Our products seamlessly combine functional design with soft textures, clean lines, and a neutral palette, creating endless possibilities for every interior.

We carefully select our materials, using only 100% sheep wool from New Zealand—renowned worldwide for its unmatched purity and whiteness. The wool is dyed using a chemical-free process that preserves a high percentage of lanolin, the natural oil found in wool fibers. This makes the material exceptionally water- and stain-repellent, ensuring durability and long-lasting beauty.

All MISHUM products are crafted using wet felting, an ancient handcraft tradition that transforms wool fibers into felt through a combination of friction, soap, and hot water. This process changes the pH of the wool, allowing the fibers to interlock and form a dense, resilient material.

MISHUM products are not only tear-resistant and easy to clean but also designed to be timeless additions to your home and beloved companions for your pets.

The MISHUM Collection is proudly handcrafted by local artisans in Kathmandu, Nepal. We currently collaborate with around 500 skilled craftspeople, primarily women, who work in workshops that ensure fair and ethical working conditions. Our mission is to create meaningful job opportunities while promoting Nepalese handmade organic felt products. At MISHUM, we are committed to Fair Trade practices, ensuring social benefits and maintaining a 100% child-labor-free production process.
